Shipping policy

We ship orders placed using Sendle Courier Service, which is fully trackable. The cost of shipping for your order will be calculated at checkout.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of your order being placed. 

The Sendle satchels that we use are 100% biodegradable and compostable. 

These clever satchels have passed Australia’s stringent AS5810 certified home compostable requirements, which includes a worm toxicity test, so they’re even worm farm friendly.

Once you've finished with your satchel, simply take off the label and pop the satchel in with your food scraps. The satchel will biodegrade within 90 days in a regular home composting process.
