Domestics & International Shipping Options

We offer both domestic and international shipping, using Sendle courier services. 

We offer domestic shipping, Australia wide only, free of charge with orders over $100.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive your Sendle tracking number via email, so that you can keep track of your shipment progress via the Sendle Tracking Tool: Track my parcel | Online parcel tracking status | Sendle Australia

Sendle are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical address for delivery. 

Sendle does not deliver on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each state. 

Environmental Sustainability

For domestic deliveries, whenever we can*, we will use the Sendle satchel, which is waterproof, tough, and durable, but also edible (for worms). These clever satchels and made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. Once your package has arrived, you can simply remove the shipping label and pop your satchel in with your food scraps. The satchel will biodegrade within 90 days in a regular home composting process. 

*Depending on the size of the order, we may not be able to use the Sendle Biodegradable Satchel, but will always try and use an environmentally sustainable alternative wherever possible.
